Dearest customers
A big THANK YOU to everyone who responded to my price change survey in November, or have been in touch with feedback. You folks sure know how to make a girl feel appreciated! I was a bit overwhelmed to receive 75 completed surveys, plus so many kind messages and lots of thoughtful feedback - it meant a lot and it was really helpful.
Based on all the feedback, I have worked hard to hopefully offer something for almost everyone in my new Just Love Dogs 2026 services and price list. You can download the list at bottom of page. It has..
all my usual services with new pricing and clearer categories
still offering AfterPay™ and Community Services Card / Super Gold Card discount
new Mini Groom options for affordable regular upkeep
new Loyalty Discount - earn points by becoming a member and booking through the website
new special Cruiser service for regular full grooms (by arrangement for my ‘easy’ dogs).
These services and prices are locked in for all of 2026 at least.
Soon I will send out Coupon Codes with automatic discounts for eligible customers! (e.g. Gold Card, CSC holders). If you think you meet the criteria but have not heard from me by late January, don’t be shy to get in touch and ask!
Important things to let you know:
To help keep things running smoothly for me and other customers, there are also some ‘Dog Doom Fees’ that you should be aware of for late cancellations and pickups. These can be avoided by communicating with me ahead of time. If for any reason you will need more than 10 minutes notice when it’s time to collect your dog, please just let me know at drop off. I unfortunately don’t have the space to care for dogs when the next customer has arrived.
The Booking services page has changed a bit with new options added, but hopefully it is easier to navigate. Text if you get stuck!
As per my communication as of 8 November, bookings that were already existing for December and January will retain the current 2025 pricing. Any bookings made after 1 December will be adjusted to reflect the new 2026 prices.
